Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

At PD3 Technologies, Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is designed to make returns easy.

Eligibility for Return

  1. Customers have 30 days from the date of product receipt to initiate a return request.
  2. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.  Products must be new-in-the-box condition.
  3. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods, custom orders).  Please contact us for more details.

Return Process

  1. To begin the return process, customers must contact our customer service team (info@pd3consulting.com) within 30 days of receiving the product to request an RMA number. Please include the Purchase Order number in the request.
  2. Once the request is approved, an RMA number will be issued. This number must
    be included with the returned product.  Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Customers must ship the product back to us within 10–14 days of receiving the RMA approval.

Terms

  1. Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.  Product warranty and defects are covered under a separate policy.
  2. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. 
  3. There will be a 30% restocking fee.
